Omnia Creative is a fast-paced Web Development and SEO Company based in Southern New Jersey that is looking for a smart, energetic, supportive, and dynamic individual to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will thrive in our highly collaborative environment and be able to effectively communicate across both internal production and client-facing channels. This person will also be responsible for quality-checking all deliverables before providing them to the client and should have strong communication and editing skills. This person will work closely with our innovative creative team and be willing to be a team player.

 

The Account Manager’s role is to provide a top-notch experience end-to-end during the project onboarding process to help keep project deliverables on time and find new efficiencies to improve internal processes. This person will also be responsible for communicating with key stakeholders to gather collateral and assets for projects, communicate deadlines and deliverables, and provide support where needed during the process.

 

This person will also collaborate with our support team to expedite and route support requests to specified teams depending on the nature of requests and answer account-related questions in a timely and positive manner utilizing our in-house support management and ticketing system.

 

If you are familiar with account management software, have a flair for client communication, and have a general understanding of consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide objectives and goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Manage the onboarding of new clients and work closely with them to get started on their projects

 

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Monday, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) 
  • Experience with MS Office or Google Drive Products is preferable
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or related platforms
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
  • Have a basic understanding of how websites and search engine optimization work, and the ability to assign responsibilities and route tasks accordingly to other team members
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Positive and professional attitude

 

Software Experience

 

As a digital company, we use many different applications and tools on a daily basis. While experience with some of these tools is preferred, if you are unfamiliar with something, it is not a problem, we can get you up to speed quickly.

  • CRM products such as Monday.com, ZohoCRM, HubSpot, or something similar
  • Experience with Project Management tools such as Asana or Ghantt Charts
  • Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Google products such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • File Sharing services such as Box, Dropbox, and Google Drive
  • Calendar apps such as Google Calendar and Calendly
  • Communication tools such as Slack, Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.

Starting salary is based on work experience.
